18th Amendment Bar Pinot Grigio
In Sunraysia near the Darling River, the 2023 growing season for Pinot Grigio was excellent. The grapes received the right amount of natural rain, ripening the berries slowly and preserving plenty of acidity with tropical fruit notes.
After a gentle crush, the must was immediately pressed and chilled, then cold fermented in stainless steel until dry. The wine was gently racked after fermentation.
This Pinot Grigio is balanced and bright, with notes of white floral leading the way. Ripe stone fruits blend with fresh citrus notes, resulting in a clean, pretty, and vibrant wine that refreshes through to the finish. Enjoy this superb drop from Australia’s leading Pinot Grigio grower.
